For two decades we have been developing a process and a vocabularly to help adults assimilate this beautiful, challenging dance. It clearly sets out  achievement milestones for students and helps structure our teaching in levels. As dancers progress from their first steps and attain the achievement milestones in Core Elements, we offer our next level of study and exploration - Core Elements Plus. Every student learns at different speeds which makes it impossible to measure ability by how long someone has danced, Our curriculum clearly defines levels of achievement and dance ability.

For the next stage in dance development we guide students towards a quality of movement that makes a transition from moves and memory to gesture and feeling

We invite dancers accomplished in movement to train with us in our musicality classes that connect expressive movement to music.
