Reservations
The online booking system takes a deposit of £50 per couple which (i) reserves your places and (ii) confirms your intention to attend the event.

Payment Terms, Cancellation and refunds

We are unable to offer refunds for cancellations for any reason, including Covid19. The maestros are booked and travel and venue expenses incurred on the basis of your intention to attend and intention to pay the full cost of the workshop. If you are unable to attend the event yourselves, if you find a couple to take you place we will transfer your tickets.

Balance Request

Once a reservation has been made, we send a request for the balance 30 days before the event date.  Workshop numbers are both limited and gender balanced. 

N.B. We cannot accept people who turn up on the day without a confirmed place.
